Abstract :
The performance of tank car crews is very important in the LPG distribution process to determine the performance of tank car crews. The study is intended to improve performance in order to create high safe working hours. From these problems, AMT Rating Tools were created using Key Performance Indicators so that the performance of Tank Car Crews can be assessed, which are determined based on performance indicators that are important to the company in accordance with the company's strategy and the company's key success factors. The first comparison was carried out by calculating the AMT Rating Tools manually. The second comparison is carried out using automatic calculations using website-based Tank Car Crew Rating Tools and produces rankings so that the assessment of Tank Car Crews can be carried out using a system so that the assessment process becomes faster, easier and more practical.
