Abstract :
This project aims to apply the digital marketing process to the MSME Bunda Bengkalis Chips, to find out and analyze STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) in the MSME Bunda Bengkalis Chips, to find out the obstacles and solutions faced by the MSME Bunda Bengkalis Chips. The project implementation method consists of three stages, namely project preparation plan, project implementation plan, completion plan and project reporting. The results show that there has been a significant increase in digital marketing on social media Facebook, WhatsApp business. The implementation of digital marketing has had a positive impact on MSMEs Bunda Bengkalis Chips, especially in interaction and increasing sales. The obstacle faced is tight competition, seen from the many brands of chips on the market, making it impossible to differentiate between one product and another. Apart from that, the promising profit potential also makes the chips business attractive for entrepreneurs and also the reason for the high competition is because it is easy for entrepreneurs to enter this business. This is also because the chip production business is relatively simple and the initial capital is not too large. The solution is to be more extra in promoting on Social Media and creating content that is more attractive to consumers so that consumers are interested in buying MSME products, Bunda Bengkalis Chips.
