Abstract :
This study aims to implement a strategy for handling vector prevention on ships operated by PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental Dumai Branch. The methods used include interviews and documentation analysis. This research was conducted from June to July 2024 and the place of this research was PT Pertamina Trans Continental Dumai Branch. The result of this study is that the implementation of preventing the presence of vectors on board ships in the agency of PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental Dumai branch is running well, because the implementation of vector prevention on board is always controlled by the Port Health Office, the Agency of PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental Dumai branch and the ship itself.
