Abstract :
The placement of traffic signs in the city of Bengkalis is partly lacking meets the standards of Minister of Transportation Decree PM No. 13 of 2014 concerning signs and objectives of this research is to evaluate and plan performance traffic signs on the road between, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jalan Bengkalis in the city Bengkalis in accordance with the standards set by the Minister of Transportation. Data collection was carried out by conducting a survey on a sample of sections roads which includes measuring existing dimensions, distance and height of signs traffic. The data analysis technique is carried out using adjusted data analysis placement of signs according to standard PM No. 13 of 2014. From the results this research and management of data obtained from survey results and Observe the condition of existing traffic signs on each road section There are 32 signs at the location, for traffic sign placement points Accordingly, there are 20 signs, for the number of traffic sign placement points not suitable there are 12 signs. wed planning for all signs that don't accordingly there is Rp. 12,985,603.29,
