Abstract :
This study aims to determine the mechanism for paying local taxes through the SmartGov application as a means of increasing local tax revenue in Bengkalis Regency, comparison before and after the use of SmartGov, Contributions to the use of SmartGov, obstacles in using SmartGov. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data. The data of this research were obtained from the Badan Pendapatan Daerah of Bengkalis Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentation.
