Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of tenure, age, gender, and education level on the performance of local government administration in Indonesia in districts/cities in Indonesia in 2018. The data used in this study uses secondary data. Term of Office, Age, Gender, and Level of Education are obtained from the official website by accessing an active/accessible website/presenting the profile of the head of the Regency/City area. Data were analyzed using panel data regression. It is known that the term of office has no significant effect on the performance of local government administration in Indonesia, Age has no significant effect on the performance of local government administration in Indonesia, Gender has no significant effect on the performance of local government administration in Indonesia, and the Education Level has no significant effect on the performance of local government administration. in Indonesia.
