Abstract :
Determination of analysis of sea level detection devices with short message service media aims to make prototype gauges of surface water levels used as media for early warning of floods. The design of this prototype tool uses the arduino programming application, sim900A for communication media between the main monitor and the handphone, and a water float sensor to detect water levels. The results of the analysis of testing conducted 3 consecutive days with different times, on sensors 1,2 and 3 stated safe passing via sms.
