Human resources owned by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Brebes Regency will not provide optimum results if they are not supported by human resources who have optimum performance. agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and work motivation on the employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency Brebes Regency. The used data collection were observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are qualitative and quantitative with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity), Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t test, and F test), and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency Brebes Regency. The coefficient of determination shows the R2 value of 80.3% while the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other variables outside the study.
