Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to find out the credit granting procedures implemented by KSP Swamitra Dewi Tegal and to find out the procedures for extending credit to KSP Swamitra Dewi Tegal which had not been controlled which resulted in bad credit. The type of data used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The focus of this research is on the procedure for extending credit to KSP Swamitra Dewi Tegal by analyzing the procedures according to Bank Bukopin's SOP. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained from KSP Swamitra Dewi Tegal, it can be seen that the procedure for granting credit is considered quite good, although there are several procedures that have not been fulfilled, such as data analysis procedures and credit supervision.
