Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penerapan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) terhadap customer loyalty PT. Lotte Shopping Indonesia store 38 Tegal dimana hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa PT. Lotte Shopping Indonesia melakukan strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) melalui serangkaian proses yaitu mengumpulkan data customer, analisis data customer dan identifikasi customer sasaran, pengembangan program Customer Relationship Management (CRM), dan Implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
