Abstract :
This research was conducted to describe the role of e-commerce consisting of ratings and ease of MSME performance consisting of the number of customers, the number of profits, and the number of sales with customer satisfaction as moderation. This study used 100 MSME actors as a sample, and the purposive sampling method was used as a determinant in this research sample. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 software application. It can be concluded from the results of this study that AI has no effect on MSME performance, while e-commerce affects MSME performance, and customer satisfaction as a moderation variable is not able to strengthen AI and e-commerce on the value of MSME policies.
