Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived self-efficacy and perceived environmental support on employee job performance mediated by knowledge sharing (Case Study at BPJS Employment Cilacap Branch). The population in this study was 65 BPJS Employment Cilacap employees. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software. The research results show that perceived self efficacy has a significant effect on knowledge sharing, perceived environmental support has a significant effect on knowledge sharing, perceived self efficacy has a significant effect on employee job performance, perceived environmental support has a significant effect on employee job performance, knowledge sharing has a significant effect on employee job performance , knowledge sharing is able to mediate the influence of perceived self-efficacy on employee job performance, and knowledge sharing is able to mediate the influence of perceived environmental support on employee job performance.
