Abstract :
Regional Property Management (BMD) is an important issue within the scope of regional government that requires special attention to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of public assets. In this context, public assets include various properties and assets owned and managed by local governments to meet community needs and support various development programs. This research aims to analyze the influence of planning, inventory, supervision and control on optimizing the management of Regional Property Assets (BMD) with the moderation of HR competency at the Central Java Provincial Social Service. A total of 77 employees were taken as samples using the census method. SEM-PLS has been used to analyze the data in this research. The research results show that planning, inventory, supervision and control have a positive and significant effect on the optimization of asset management. HR competency is able to moderation the influence of planning on optimizing regional asset management. However, it is unable to moderate the influence of inventory, supervision and control on optimizing asset management. The Central Java Province social service can increase investment in technology and infrastructure to support effective and efficient management of BMD assets, such as creating an asset management information system that complies with new regulations related to asset management
