Abstract :
CV. Jaya Abadi Furniture is a manufacturing industry engaged in furniture. The problem that occurs is when the table production takes too long during production so that it inhibits the table production process time causing the target not to be achieved. The method used in this study uses the approach Lean Manufacturing by using Value Stream Mapping which aims to analyze the cause Waste (Waste) on table production. The results of the analysis are the causes Waste (Waste) including the waiting time during the press process which is quite long so that suggestions for improvements are made by using a press that already uses a temperature pressure regulator so that it can speed up the pressing process from the previous process. Changes that occur with the presence of a press that already uses a temperature pressure regulator can reduce the drying time of table products from which originally had a total production time of 241,962.6 seconds or 67.21 hours to 143,119 seconds or 39.75 hours.
