and determine the minimum number of personnel or personnel of the Maintenance
Facility Division in hangar 4 Garuda Maintenance facility. The benefits of this
research are to find out the aircraft maintenance work system, especially Line
Maintenance and C-check, to know the level of workload experienced by GMF
personnel, especially Aircraft Maintenance in hangar 4 GMF AeroAsia, and to know
the minimum number of GMF personnel needs when undergoing C-check either by
using an airplane. B737-800 and Airbus A320.

research is also based on the mental load of workers in each activity carried out which
is assessed subjectively.

using the NASA-TLX method show the workload of 9 positions in hangar 4 of the
Garuda Maintenance Facility, which has a high workload. The average value of each
position is 58.33 for Chief Line Maintenance B737-800, 60.55 for Line Maintenance
B737-800, 72.67 for Chief Line Maintenance A320, 72.33 for Line Maintenance A320,
66.33 for Chief Ground Support Equipment, 58.5 for Ground Support Equipment,
73.83 for Material Store, 79 for Chief Avionic, 76.83 for Avionic.
