Abstract :
PT. Lion Air is one of the airlines operating in Indonesia. As an airline company, PT. Lion Air implements strategies in order to gain profit and emphasize operational costs, namely with one method of fuel tankering. This method aims to avoid refueling at the airport where the price of fuel is more expensive at the origin airport. This research focuses on the flight of PT. Lion Air B737-900 route Denpasar ? Makassar ? Manado. From the results of research conducted that the Allowed Tanker on the Denpasar - Makassar route is 5656 kg, while on the Makassar - Manado route it is 5656 kg and the Total Saving Cost on the Denpasar - Makassar route is Rp. 316,376 and the Makassar ? Manado route for Rp. 2,075,752.
