Abstract :
The flow of this globalization era is increasing because the trade area and
consumer needs for goods and products compete very tightly. In addition, distance is no
longer an obstacle in sending goods, because the means of transportation in Indonesia
are adequate. According to INACA (Indonesian National Air Carrier Association), the
air Cargo business is able to survive the 2020 pandemic. The increasing demand for air
Cargo needs to be supported by competent personnel and effective flight safety facilities.
The purpose of this final project is to determine the movement of Cargo, standard time of
service and standard of personnel requirements for the next 5 years.
The methods used to calculate the movement of Cargo are Exponential
Smoothing and Moving Average methods. Taking the best method seen from the smallest
error rate. Measurement of service time is obtained from the calculation of standard
time, normal time, and standard Output of each personnel. The standard calculation of
the number of personnel needs to know the weight of the Cargo in 2025 (x), the average
is 1 koli (k), the number of working days must be effective per person in 1 year (t).
In this study, it can be concluded that the best calculation of Cargo movement by
paying attention to the smallest error rate using the method using the Double Exponential
Smoothing method is 22,026,126 Kg. Calculation of service time and standard personnel
documents 1357.787 seconds with 7 personnel standards, 185.023 seconds with 29
personnel standards, Acceptance 844.78 seconds with 4 personnel standards, Marking
and Labeling 160.698 seconds with 25 personnel standards, Storage 134.772 seconds
with 21 personnel standards, Build Up 1746,168 seconds with 9 personnel standards,
Loading 1459,602 seconds with 8 personnel standards.
