Abstract :
President Nicolao Lobato Airport is the only airport located in Dili, the
capital of Timor Leste, which operates regular connections with Darwin,
Denpasar Bali, and Singapore, the implementing agency (AE) for the project is
Conselho de Administracao do Fundo da Infrastruturas (CAFI) and the
implementing agency (AI).The problem in this study is that every year the
movement of passengers at the Prsiedent Nicolao Lobato airport terminal
building in Timor Leste is increasing.The simple linear regression method is a
method used for forecasting or prediction, with the formula equation y = a + bx.
This method is used to predict the number of passenger movements and
passengers at peak hours from 2018 to 2023.The predicted number of passengers
at peak departure hours in 2027 is 101 passengers and the number of passengers
at peak arrival hours in 2024 is 379 passengers.For the needs of the departure
passenger terminal in 2024 the departure hall needs an additional area of 2188.72
m2, check - in needs an additional area of 39.225 m2, the length of the kerb needs
an additional length of 227.63 m. For the needs of the arrival passenger terminal
in 2027, the passport inspection area needs an additional area of 52.62 m2, the
arrival hall needs an additional area of 2469.18 m2, the baggage claim area
