Abstract :
Manuscript Management TAKAH is a document that contains important information and must be arranged properly so that there are no errors in its management. Currently, correspondence management at the Kombutokan village office is still done manually. This causes problems in the form of difficulties in tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence, difficulties in keeping archives of correspondence, and difficulties in managing the distribution of correspondence. Therefore, software design TAKAH at the Kombutokan village office using the Waterfall method is the right solution to overcome this problem. The aim of this research is to design software TAKAH at the Kombutokan village office using the Waterfall method. In the results of several tests that have been carried out, it runs according to the application design, such as in system testing using Black Box and in user testing using Likert Scale calculations which get a calculation result of 71% with these results that the design of the askah software at the Kombutokan village office agrees with the statement given.
