Abstract :
Aviation safety is a state of fulfillment of requirements
safety in the use of airspace, aircraft, airports, air navigation
as well as supporting facilities and other public facilities. To achieve safety
flights, then a person responsible for carrying out service activities is formed
flight operations, monitoring aircraft movements, vehicle traffic, people and
goods, cleanliness on the air side, as well as recording and flying which is called Apron
Movement Control (AMC). This research aims to determine the level of workload
mental based on classification of respondents, indicators and also based on characteristics
research subjects such as age, years of service and positions held by AMC personnel
at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport - Bali, which is the wrong airport
one of the busiest airports on an international scale which contains complex air traffic, good
from within the country and from abroad.
