Abstract :
Recently, the Indonesian people are often shocked by the news of airplane accidents that have claimed many lives and damaged public facilities. The role of the government in this case the Ministry of Transportation must pay attention to three aspects to support a good national air transportation system, namely aspects of aviation security and safety, business and economic aspects and legal aspects to investigate accidents. In investigating a case of an aviation accident, the NTSC requires various kinds of completeness of data to find the factors causing the accident. There are three main factors that cause aircraft accidents, namely human factors, engineering factors, weather and environmental factors and software factors. The research conducted by the author is an analysis of aviation accidents in Indonesia in 2013 - 2014 with the fishbone method.
