Abstract :
RSUD dr. Soedomo Trenggalek is a publik service agency that provides services in the health sektor. BLU is provided flexibility in implementing business practices that aimed at improving services to the community. Therefore, an objective performance measurement method is needed. Value for money is a performance measurement in the objective management of publik sektor organizations. Value for money measures financial performance based on economic, efficiency and effectiveness aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of RSUD dr. Soedomo Trenggalek uses value for money. This research approach used is descriptive qualitative. This study uses data from 2018-2022. From the research results using value for money measurements, it can be seen that the financial performance of RSUD dr. Soedomo in terms of economy, efficiency and effectiveness. From an economic perspective, 2018 is in the quite economical category, while 2019-2022 is in the very economical category. In terms of efficiency, 2018, 2020 and 2022 will be in the less efficient category, while 2019 and 2021 will be in the inefficient category. In terms of effectiveness, 2018 and 2022 are in the very effective category, while 2019-2021 are in the effective category.
