Abstract :
Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax became part of the local government?s authority in collection after the enactment of Low Number 28 Of 2009, and the amount of revenue from the tax is determined through an effective collection process. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of PBB-P2 collection in Sidoarjo Regency. This research was conducted at the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Tax Service Agency. The analysis method used is descriptive qualitative, with interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of PBB-P2 collection in 2017-2020 was very effective, in 2021 was effective and 2022 was very effective. So it can be said that the level of effectiveness of PBB-P2 collection is very effectiveness.
