Chronic inflammation associated with hyperresponsiveness of the respiratory tract to various stimuli causes shortness of breath (wheezing), chest pain, coughs, which occurs mainly at night or in the early morning. Management of bronchial asthma is divided into 2, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological. One of the non-pharmacological treatments for asthmatics is the provision of chest physiotherapy with the aim to increase the efficiency of breathing patterns and clear the airways. The purpose of this case study is to determine the description of nursing care in asthmatic patients in fulfilling oxygenation needs. This was descriptive research using a case study approach. Chest physiotherapy nursing actions carried out for 20 minutes showed a decrease in respiratory frequency from 32 x/minute to 27 x/minute and the oxygen saturation value which was previously 91% became 94%.
