Abstract :
Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh slow deep breathing (teknik relaksasi) terhadap kecemasan ibu bersalin di poned puskesmas kebakkramat 1 Kata Kunci : Slow deep breathing:Kecemasan: Persalinan Abstract Slow deep breathing relaxation is a relaxation technique that can reduce pain by stimulating the central nervous system, namely the brain and spinal cord, to produce siendorphrin which functions as a pain inhibitor. This type of research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was all mothers giving birth at the Kebakkramat I Community Health Center, totaling 48 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used consecutive sampling technique. The instruments in this research were a questionnaire, birth observation sheet, and anxiety observation sheet. The results of the Mann Whitney Test research were p = 0.000. The reduction in anxiety levels in the experimental group was more effective compared to the control group as evidenced by the Z value of -3.489. This research can be concluded that there is an influence of slow deep breathing (relaxation technique) on the anxiety of mothers giving birth at the Kebakkramat 1 Public Health Center.
