Abstract :
This study aims to know the effect of management ownership, institutional ownership as a proxy of Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility to firm value. The value of the company in this study proxied by the value of Tobin's Q. The population used in this study is companies that included SRI-KEHATI index. Of the whole population will be selected number of samples by using purposive sampling method to the companies included SRI-KEHATI index that registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2012. The method of analysis of this study using a multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study shows that institutional ownership variables, corporate social responsibility, and firm size as a control variable have a significant effect to firm value. Meanwhile management ownership variable has no effect to firm value.
