Abstract :
The primary goal of the company is to maximize firm value. There are several factor that affect firm value. This research was conducted to determine the effect of capital structur, growth, firm size and profitability of the company. The sample study is company manufactur are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012. Study sample as many as 137 companies manufactur, where the method used was proportionate stratified convenience sampling is a sampling method that takes an object with the specified criteria. Analysis of data usig multiple regression analysis test tools, preceded by a test consisting of the assumption of classical test for normalitas test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedastisitas test and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing is done using the t test. The results of this analysis states that partially variables that affect the firm value is capital structure and profitability, while the growth and firm size had no effecton firm value.
