Abstract :
This study aimed to provide empirical evidences about the effect of firm size, profitability, and capital structure on firm value. The population in this study is LQ45 company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2010 until 2012. By using a purposive sampling method, the sample obtained in this study were 66 companies. Based on the hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis method by the assistance of SPSS program ver. 20, the results obtained show that of the three independent variables were tested, two independent variables affect the value of the company, namely the size of the company and profitability. Meanwhile, the independent variables of capital structure does not affect the value of the company.
