Abstract :
This study aims to determine the difference between a company's performance company rights issue with companies who do not do the right issue at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of liquidity and profitability. Sample set using purposive sampling. The company is a sample of all the companies that do right issue and all the companies that do not make a right issue except corporate banking and corporate finance. The research sample obtained 22 companies who do the rights issue and the 167 companies that are not doing the right issue. Questionnaire data were tested using paired sample t-test using SPSS. The result of this study is no performance difference between companies that do corporate rights issue with companies who do not do the right issue.
