Abstract :
Bambino shop is one of the shops that sells baby and child accessories. Based on the observation, the obstacle in this store is the service to the consumer is not optimal, because the lay out of children's clothing has not yet made it easier for consumers to find the clothes they want. From the results of the questionnaire processing before and after the implementation is a statement laying of tidy clothes from a value of 3.7 to 4.5 (arrangement of clothing has been neatly arranged now). Laying of clothing based on age and gender makes it easier from 3.1 to 3.8 (currently, clothing laying makes it easier for consumers to find the clothes they want). The display distance in first cluster becomes shorter than 80,742 cm to 57,591 cm. Sales revenue increased in the third cluster from Rp 1,040,000 to Rp 1,600,000 (53.85%). This shows that changing the display with Clustering K-Means makes it easy for consumers to find the clothing they want and increase the sales of Bambino stores.
