Abstract :
This study conducted a study on the acceptance and to see the level of users of Myria Hospital Management Information System. The method used is the method of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. By using independent variable performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions dependent variable of user acceptance and moderator variable age, gender, experience, voluntariness of use. The sample in this research is the users of Hospital Management Information System amounted to 34 people with determining the number of samples with slovin formula and using simple random sampling. The data obtained in the test by testing the classical assumption and the results showed that the variable performance expectancy partially significant effect on user acceptance. While the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions together affect user acceptance.
