Abstract :
PT. CS2 Pola Sehat (Orangtua Group) is one company that produces waste in the form of waste plastic cup of tea glass. Before recycled, this cup of tea glass waste is destroyed. The process of destroying the cup of tea glass is still done manually and done by some operators. This is a problem because the process should be done by one operator. To overcome this problem, the design of prototype of glass tea cup crusher with the method of quality function deployment. Dimesional of tool based operator dimensiona. High of tool is 99 cm. Technical characteristics that have the highest weight of the glass tea glass waste dissipation will be designed using dynamo. Of the technical characteristics that have the highest weight then the type of dynamo to be used is a dynamo aruc AC with a speed of 1400 rp and power ½ HP. Selection of this dynamo is able to answer the complaints of existing operas.
