Abstract :
Decision Support Systems or Decision Support System (DSS) is a computerized system designed to improve the effectiveness of decision-making to solve problems that are semi-structured and unstructured so that the decision-making process is done more qualified. Determination promotion at PT. Amor De Dios Palembang is usually done by a HRD with the manual system which allows possible errors in calculations and in giving decisions. And so we need a system that can assist in the calculation and provide recommendations that can be considered in decision making. This application is built using TOPSIS method (techinique for Order Performance by Similiarity to Ideal Solution. The methodology used in the development of this system is the waterfall methodology and software development UML (Unified Modeling Language). And using the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. Applications this is expected to assist managers in making decisions.
