Abstract :
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Mr. Udin Palembang is a business engaged in the manufacture of trash cans from used tires. In the process of making the dustbin, often experience pain on the part of the worker's body like the feet, hands, hips, and spine, thereby reducing the production of products dustbin to address the problems in SMEs it is necessary to tire inverting tool is designed to produce scrap tires each day. The weakness of the old tool is quickly experiencing pain and fatigue. the advantages of the new tool is produced more products and reduce the level of complaints, the size of the tire inverting tool consists of a lever length of 55 cm, 64 cm long screw driver, tool width 63 cm, length 47 cm and a tire barrier 33 cm, 45 cm length of the driving plate , height 125 cm tool, over 80 cm long skeleton. This research was conducted using questionnaires Nordic Body Map (NBM) before and after implementation. Before the implementation of the complaints in the natural is 70% and after the implementation is 30%.
