Abstract :
Hand craft industries lamp of lights made from yarn is one of high creativity product because it is very interested in the community. Decorative lighting businesses of the existing threads in the Jakarta, Yogyakarta and Kediri. Sales of decorative lighting in the store Lantern Jakarta of ?Temari? could reach 400 units per month, and for decorative lighting in Palembang materials from plastic or newspapers and reaches 67 units / month. Therefore, the authors want to plan to evaluated of hand craft lamp of light business in the city of Palembang are made from yarn. To target the business market of hand craft lamp of light is from upper middle class and middle class with a very affordable price. In the management aspects of hand craft lamp of light acquired job discriptions and job specifications of each worker. From the aspects of the Human Resources (HR) business of decorative light string requires one person in production. For the financial aspects of product forecasting results in the first year are 507 units for the second year are 669 units. From that data, the business market of hand craft lamp of light has been calculated to over 1.74 years Payback Period, Internal Rate Of Return for (IRR) of 12,38%, and for net present value (NPV) of Rp 200.131,00. For aspect of juridical, SITU and SIUP can be administered to government in Palembang, South of Sumatera.
