Abstract :
High productivity of employees in a company can be achieved if the conditions and the otmosphere at work are well. Therefor, to learn the causes of low productivity of employees and the solution, the management of company needs to know the applications of ergonomiology, Participatory Ergonomiecs (PE). PE will plan arrange all activities that will be done to effect the process and results that will be achieved by the company to increase productivity and profits that?s wanted by the company. The goal of this research was to know the effects of organisations, methods, participations, design cconcepts to the application. Next, this research was also to know the effects of the decrease of work accidents cost savings and materials that?s spent to the benefit of the application. Datas were collected through observation, interview, documentation and quesioner. Statistical processes that?s been used for datas were correlation analysis and double linear regretion with software sess ver 11.0 support. The conclusivis to it were that the elements of participation?s, organisations, methods and design concept trully affect to the application at gold industry Sinar Mas, where the equation of double linear regretion was Y = 0,13 + 0,648 X1 + 0,112 X2 + 0,101 X3 + 0,188 X4. Second was the decrease of work accidents, cost savings and the materials that?s spent affect to the profit of the application at Sinar Mas where the equation of double linear regretion was Y = 2,49 - 0,0815 X1 + 0,0652 X2 - 0,0134 X3.
