Abstract :
This research aims to test the influence of job satisfaction toward performance high school teacher Xavier 1 Palembang. The sample used in this study as many as 35 teachers remain in high school Xaverius 1 Palembang using a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using Simple Linear regression analysis using program SPSS 23.0 relief. Based on test R square stated that job satisfaction in a positive and significant effect on performance of teachers. In addition, the variable performance of teachers can be explained by other variable which is not found in this research.
