Abstract :
This research aimed to examine the influence between style of democratic leadership against discipline of employee at PT. Mega Sejahtera Palembang Branch. The sample of this research were 31 respondents. Sampling method that used in this research was census / sample saturated. Analysis of data was using simple regression linier. The method of collection data was using questionnaires and processed by SPSS software 16.00 for windows. Population of this research were whole employee of PT. Mega Sejahtera Palembang Branch. The results showed that the style of democratic leadership has a positive effect against discipline of PT. Mega Sejahtera Palembang Branch employee. Benefits of this study was to be a reference for further research that will examine the style of leadership and work discipline in a company.
