Abstract :
This thesis aims to determine whether the function of human resource management in the Banking Companies in Palembang has been operating effectively and efficiently. The population in this study is the Banking Companies in Palembang. Population data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the research data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 48 banking companies that have been selected to be sampled by using non-probability method. Then the data are processed using the program SPSS13.0 with to test the validity, reliability and frequency analysis. From the obtained results of frequency analysis is the average percentage of 88.4%, where value can be said to be very good, that the banking company has to understand and perform the audit on the management of HRD functions. It shows that the banking company in Palembang already run HRD functions effectively and efficiently.
