Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to prove the influence of task complexity of the relationship between leadership style and budget participation. Type of research is a field study because the data are obtained directly through the collection of questionnaires. Population in this study are all managers of the company in the city of Palembang by Yellow Pages edition March 2009-2010. While the sample in this research using the purposive sampling technique obtained as 57 companies and the total respondents were 98 respondents. The results of the analysis can be conluded that the complexity of the task does not affect the relationship between leadership style and budget participation.
