Abstract :
This study aims to test and prove empirically the effect of budgetary participation and leadership style on the performance of managers with a commitment to the organization as a moderate variable manufacturing companies in the city of Palembang which is expected to benefit the company and further research. In this study an entire population is used as a manager at a manufacturing company in the city of Palembang. The samples used are mid-level managers working in manufacturing companies in the city of Palembang. And techniques used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is the primary data. Of the 88 questionnaires distributed, 64 questionnaires were returned.
The conclusions drawn include that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that the effect of budgetary participation on the performance of managers with organizational commitment as a moderate variable is rejected, the second hypothesis (H2) that the influence of leadership style on the performance of managers with organizational commitment as a moderate variable received.
