Abstract :
Background : Premarital sexuality any action that is driven by sexual desire that begins with feeling on the opposite sex, so it happens like dating, flirting and coitus. There was an incidence indicating that 5,26% of Indonesia student had a relationship like husband and wife. In boys 38% and in adolescent girls 30% do premarital sex. As a result teens experience an unwanted pregnancy as much 54,5%. the importance of premarital sexual health education because of the ability to control and ancourage sex drive before marriage. Aim: To know the effect of premarital sexual health education on the attitude of adolescent in SMA Xaverus 2 Palembang. Method: This type of research is quantitative using pre-experiment method with one group pre-test post-test design. Population of all students / class X as much as 113, Samples class X numbered 88 respondents with Stratified Random Sampling sampling technique. Result : The got attitude before health education as much is 82 respondents (93,2%) while after given prenuptial sexual health education as much is 79 respondent (89,8%). The result of the bivariate test using Wilcoxon test got p value 0,263 (p>0,05) then H0 rejected and Ha accepted mean there is no difference before and after health education of premarital sexuality health education of premarital sexuality health toward attitude at adolescent in SMA Xaverius 2 Palembang Suggestions : Expected to add a wider source of information, provide counseling guidance, and the importance of premarital sexual healt education in adolescents
