Abstract :
This paper discusses the influence of the individual capacities of budgetary slack through the locus of control, organizational commitment, and environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable. The purpose of this study was to prove whether or not the influence of locus of control, organizational commitment, and environmental uncertainty on the relationship of individual capacity and budgetary slack. Data collection techniques used were the questionnaire technique was tested with test validity, and reliability. Testing the validity of using the product moment correlation method, while reliability using Cronbach's Alpha. In analyzing the data, the technique used is a simple regression method, and moderated regression analysis (MRA). From the results of this study is expected to provide inputs to the students, other researchers, and corporate hotels that
