Abstract :
This study aimstoexamine the influence ofinformationtechnology, interdependence andbroadscopeinformationonmanagerial performance. The populationin this study werethe managersin thefinance companyin Palembang.Thisstudy samplewasmiddle-levelmanagersworking inautomobilefinance companyin Palembangwith apurposive sampling technique. The data is returned and can be processed as many as 54 questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis.Techniquesof data analysis inthis study consistedoftestingthe quality ofthe data(validity andreliabilitytesting), testing the assumption ofclassical(test for normality, multicollinearitytest, test heterokedastisitas) and hypothesis testing. The results ofthis study indicatethat (1)informationtechnologydoes notaffect theperformance ofmanjerial(2)interdependenceeffect onmanagerial performance(3)informationbroadscopeno effect onmanagerial performance.
