Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style on the relationship between organizational commitment and budgeting. This research is a field survey that uses all the original data collection methods. The population in this study were all construction services company listed on the association GABPEKNAS in Palembang. While the sample in this study using purposive sampling to obtain a total 0f 36 companies with total respondents kotruksi service is as much as 91 respondents in this study. Form the analysis it can be concluded that leadership style does not affect the relationship between organizational commitment and budgeting.
