Abstract :
Background: Bullying is a situation / situation carried out by a group of people in abuse of power / power. The incidence in Indonesia according to UNICEF in 2016 ranked first in cases of bullying in children reaching 84%. This makes students have mutual respect, tolerance and for each other. Objective: This study aims to explore the experiences of students who experience Bullying in Palembang Middle School. Method: this study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, data obtained from in-depth interviews with 3 participants. Results: the results of the study found 6 themes, namely: 1) the type of bullying obtained, 2) the causes of bullying obtained, 3) feelings when experiencing bullying, 4) reactions of students experiencing bullying, 5) the place of bullying, 6) ways overcome bullying. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that Tri Budi Mulia Palembang Middle School will work with students who experience bullying to improve the condition of students who experience bullying by directly involving bully victims and teachers. Suggestions: it is expected that the offender can reduce or stop bullying against schoolmates, while for victims it can prevent and stop bullying behavior by reporting to the teacher or parents.
