Abstract :
Children?s Traditional Game Center in Palembang is a cultural tourism thats acommodated instruments of learning while playing the traditional game to directly and knowing history with teach them how to make those traditional game tools. Children?s Traditional Game Center in Palembang are made up of several facilities, some of which are the indoor traditional game and outdoor, the museum of traditional games, handicraft center, souvenir center, hotel, restaurant, etc. All of these facilities are accommodated in 4 building mass. The Children?s Traditional Game Center also have some benefits, among other things: as a place of education and recreation for childrens in the tourism, making childrens become creative, make it more sosiable, and become more confident, as well as contain the local cultural identities that is guarded and preserved. Theme that is applied to design this Children?s Traditional Game Center is learning and playful. This theme presents basic concepts that will create a cheerful, aducational, and recreative atmosphere with through child behavior as the primary users seen from the children?s circulation and those basic things a child can remember easily. This theme is manifested in the building through the concept of top form with the approval of children's behavior.
