Abstract :
The research was conducted to determine the effect of Management Accounting Systems and Entrepreneurial Personality on Managerial Performance. This study uses primary data as much as 33. The research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, the data collected by purposive sampling method sampling. The sample was manager of a trading company in particular small firms in the city of Palembang. Data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Production Services and Solution) version 14.Based on the analysis of research, Management Accounting System variables have no effect on Managerial Performance. This suggests that the Management Accounting System is not a major factor affecting Managerial Performance. So is the Entrepreneurial Personality variables have no effect on Managerial Performance. These results are expected to be useful as a reference for future research.
