Abstract :
This thesis tested the effect of Managerial Performance Against Budget Participation by the Moderate Variable Organizational Commitment and Locus of Control On Leasing Companies in Palembang. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of budgetary participation, organizational commitment, locus of control on managerial performance in a leasing company in the city of Palembang. The population used in this study are all leasing companies in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique is performed with simple randon sampling method. The results showed that the influence budgetary participation on managerial performance in a leasing company in the city of Palembang, but budgetary participation variables moderate the company's commitment as a moderate variable has no effect on managerial performance in the city of Palembang, budgetary participation with the locus of control as a moderate variable does not affect the performance indicated manajerial.namun different things when testing together, budgetary participation with organizational commitment and locus of control influence on managerial performance.
