Abstract :
Company engaged in of this study was to datermine employee commitment and performance for each employee commitment must have the commitment and performance that is different. Commitment is a situation where one individual and imparhail organization objectives and his desire to maintain membership in the organisasion. Performance is a real behavior of eacha person shown as the achievement of work produced by employes in accordance with it?s role in the campany. Thus if the employee has commited are also performance bof one?s. This study begins by examining directly to the Hotel Lembang. Data obtained by interview and questionnaires dis trigu red to employees by purposive sampling. To go employee at the house keeping with proportionas at the folowwing 15 Boy Room n 15 House Man. The dataobtained, analyzed using SPSS versi 12.with result that 0,113 show work demonstrates a commitment to have an influence on performance 11,3% the rest 88,7% i8s influenced by other variabel.
